I have spent a nice time, really enjoyed, food was nice and value of money. Staff was very nice and friendly behaviour. I specially mentioned two members of staff one from front desk Mr. Imran very professional and helpful, excellent customer service and care. House keeping staff member Mr. Albert Ahmed very friendly and helpful.

5/5 Excellent I had an outstanding experience during my stay. The property is well-maintained, clean, and offers some of the best dining options available. A special mention goes to Miss Rubial, whose service truly stood out. She is incredibly polite, professional, and attentive. She communicates with customers in such a respectful and pleasant manner, takes the time to understand their needs, and ensures everything is taken care of accordingly. Her dedication to excellent customer service made my stay truly memorable. 每年都會下榻這個酒店，酒店真的很老了，地毯的味道也有點重，要是以後有更好的酒店選擇就好了。主要原因是巴基斯坦對中國人的保護，並非所有酒店都可以住。

Very old washrooms and have very small space need to revamp the hotel as soon as possible because the standard don't match with the 5-Star Hotels. 3 Star hotels are even far better than PC now.

The hotel is a littles dated compared to other hotels in the same price category. Bathrooms were weird with the comode being in the middle of the bathroom. Hotel restuarant was noisy and crowded.

We booked this room after our wedding and it was a good stay however the hotel and room service was horrible and made us regret booking this place. The breakfast was excellent and I'll give 10/10 for breakfast.
